Our machines should be able to grow with the customer. Wick-Machinery has been making this claim to its filling and bottling machines for several decades.

The modular design of many of our dosing pumps, which are often initially operated as semi-automatic table-top units, enables simple and uncomplicated subsequent automation.

When integrating filling machines into existing cleanrooms, the requirements for a compact design with small insertion dimensions are often very high. The compact version of the Minican Universal Pharma for aseptic filling meets this requirement.

If it really has to be flexible, then the FFM with its adjustable transport rake is a sensible option. The bottle formats can be changed using either a hand crank or a servomotor. All of our standard dosing systems such as pistons, peristaltic, flow meters, rotary pistons and sliding valve fillers can be fully integrated.

Similar to our Minican filling machine series, the FFM is also freely configurable.

We recently supplied a renowned cosmetics manufacturer with the freely configurable Procombo filling machine. The task was to create a highly automated system for the flexible feeding of a wide variety of packaging materials, precise automatic filling, closing, closure testing, weight checking and transfer to downstream process steps.

In cooperation with the customer’s technical department and partners in handling and weighing technology, a flexible and scalable overall system was then created.
