Wick-Machinery supplies its PR1 tablet press series especially for small batches and for laboratory use. These are eccentric presses that can also be offered with appropriate instrumentation on request.

The system is characterized by its small footprint and easy conversion. Our offer: Manual and automatic rotating tablet presses for research, pilot tests and industrial production, presses for normal, clean room, containment and high containment environments as well as presses for the production of single and double layer tablets.

All tools are of course available in an untreated standard version as well as with different coatings.

In addition to the pure representation of the pressing process, a number of additional packages are available to the user, starting with a speed control via touch screen, pre-selection counter, totalizer and small statistical evaluation modules through to classic pressing pressure monitoring and measurement of the ejection force as well as its documentation.

Since all of these additional options are available in a modular manner, the operator can configure his tablet press individually and as desired.
