Compounding process mixing and filling plant.

Is a machine similar to our Minican, which can be supplied with integrated production equipment (compounding, stirring, mixing, ...).

The prototype

• 3/5-channel compounder
• Counter-rotating double-anchor process stirring, mixing and homogenizing system
• 2-liter reactor, heatable and coolable
• Process with negative and positive pressure connected to the dosing system without any empty space Servo piston dosing device with empty space-free connection to the reactor vessel
• automatic container transport
• modular locking system with optional central and decentralized control

Compounder module 1: liquid compounding
Drive: Stepper motor
Method: constant dosing

Cosounder module 2: semi-liquid compounding
Drive: optionally electropneumatic or servo
Method: Cyclic dosing

Cosounder module 3: viscous compounding
Drive: optionally electropneumatic or servo
Method: Cyclic dosing

Minimum compounding ratio: 0:100
Maximum compounding ratio: 100:0
