Once again, a highly flexible filling system for products from A for acetone to Z for zinc shampoo was put into operation at a well-known customer from the cosmetics industry. Changeover times of less than four minutes (excl. CIP routine) are a matter of course thanks to a comprehensive automation concept. For this project, our Multifill filling machine was used in combination with the VR-mp (Monoblock) capping machine. The dosing takes place here by means of an oscillation piston filler.
